Wikipedia TOP selection weighing system should heavily favour readership popularity #31

Currently the way TOP articles are selectied is obviously not based on popularity, as I find it hard to believe that among enwp's 6.2 million articles such things as crinoid or the List of National Historic Landmarks in Indiana would make it among the 1% most viewed/popular/documented - yet they made it to the enwp TOP (wikipedia_en_top_maxi_2020-10.zim)frontpage.
