Is it possible to "create" an entry only of a particular option is selected

In my dropdown, I have given the following options

<option value="house">{{ __("House") }}</option>
<option value="shop">{{ __("Shop") }}</option>
<option value="land">{{ __("Land") }}</option>
<option value="other">{{ __("Other") }}</option>

I want the user to be able to create an item only if the option "other" is selected.

In other words, create to be set to false by default and to be set to true if the option "other" is selected.
