EdgeX 3.1.1 is released

Hi all,

Just a quick update to announce the EdgeX 3.1.1 release. Since 3.1 “Napa” is a Long Term Support (LTS) release, we have created an updated release to address and resolve a number of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) that have emerged in some third party libraries that are utilized within our microservice container images. The EdgeX code itself did not need updating.

All users working with Edge 3.1 are advised to upgrade to this 3.1.1 patch release.
