Looking for a way to make headers without a file in TOC

Hello,

I'm looking to make a foldable element in the TOC without having to make the top element a file. Below is what I'm looking for out of the TOC and wondering if there is a way to make this happen.

- caption: Examples and Tutorials
  chapters:
  - some directive: See example notebooks in this foldable menu
    sections:
    - file: examples/example_1
    - file: examples/example_2
