Add the ability to duplicate collections

Hi,

it would be great, when you make a new collection, to take another collection you've made as base.

As an example, imagine I have collection 1 containing mod A and mod B.
When creating a new collection, I would have another field called "duplicate", where I could chose Collection 1, so that my Collection 2 would have mod A and mod B.

It could really be useful for collections containing hundreds of mods.
