Stablecoin architecture

It would be nice to make stablecoin which is pegged to USD price and uses Clarity as main SC language. And also one which is using 50% algorithm for less volatility in the price and it is pegged to Bitcoin price but has less value. That Stablecoin can be used in payment services and also for exchanging main Bitcoin-like tokens on on network and used as system of payments and proof of participation on various platforms

It can be pegged to USD and using Algorithm for control of the price. And as far as i know fiat is not collapsing... According to that what you think why Tether is 3rd on market by marketcap? And yes do not forget collapsing USDC on 7th place...hahahhaaa
