Issue description / feature objectives

Presently trestle supports task cis-xlsx-to-oscal-catalog, which should someday be deprecated. A more relevant need is task cis-xlsx-to-oscal-cd to produce an OSCAL component definition for the subject CIS benchmark.

Caveats / Assumptions

CIS benchmarks exist as xlsx files with standardized rows and columns.

Completion Criteria

  • sufficient test case coverage
  • corresponding tutorial issue opened
