Key binding <C-b> is causing the upward scrolling in Neovim to break #10

Hi, I found issue below:
If cool-substitute.nvim is not being used, the key mapping apply_substitute_and_prev = '<C-b>' will break the functionality of scrolling N pages backwards in the Neovim.
It displays the message "Not in cool substitute.".
