The Database impact on performance section intructions lead to startup errors

When applying the modification provided in the "Database impact on performance" section of the Admin Guide, the scheduling-api and job-planner services will fail to load properly. A direct consequence of that is the scheduler portal not able to display jobs or tasks anymore.
The solution would be to update the section (a note probably) to warn about side effects to the depending services or what should be updated in the aforementioned services.
