It's likely to be a requirement in the future to be able to add in government backdoors. I would suggest adding functionality to email the ciphertext and key to the relevant government agency within the encrypt method. We could decide which government to email based on the current timezone, if this isn't sufficient we could default to always emailing the NSA and let other interested parties get it from them.

We should request that the government reimburse our crypto-backdoor tax

Perhaps we could offer a PAYG model where we charge them per decryption.
