How to upload a song to online database?

I find this tool awesome. I'd like to create many songs there and possibly upload them. I see, there is patadata project on github where the songs are located (and possibly loaded into songbook-client library).
What is the process to upload a song created in songbook-client (patagui)? Do I have to fork the patadata project on github, then upload my songs in new branch and submit pull request?
