General File Manager Improvements

I'd like to build upon the new file manager and allow the end user to give the new archive they want made with the selected files, a custom name instead of the generic archive- name

I'd like to allow the user the ability to select the archive type, zip/rar/7z/etc.

If we want to be extra fancy, maybe allow them to set the type of compression / level? (Best Speed, Best Compression, etc. )
