Coaches with no loading is showing incorrectly on the current live departureboards

Fix is to ensure the center span has content. Not certain if I've already fixed this on departureboards yet

This one will have to go on hold as it seems that either when RDG did the last deployment of Darwin (& then rolled it back) or Gatwick Express have stopped sending the formation data so cannot test it right now.
