Services with change of origin show the wrong origin

rid 201905158700461 was originally a Cannon St to Hastings service but due to a signal fault got changed to move out from Charing Cross instead:

However we are showing the origin in the title as London Bridge. Looking at the new archive database this is due to there being 3 OR locations, CST, CHX & LBG.

We should be showing Cannon St & state it runs from CHX - in this instance it would still show CHX incorrectly as it's got a start time before the original one, so thats a 2nd bug:

A third bug is in the archive db, as the LNDNBDE entry is duplicated but has the same time of 16:27:00 we are overwriting the original IP entry (which was valid) with the additional OR loosing that entry within the searchable index (although the data is still there)
