Playback fails if AAC is disabled

Hi all, for some reason, vorbis/opus no longer works in v0.300. AAC works if enabled, but I couldn't get SoX PEQ to work with faad in custom-convert.conf, so I prefer Opus. Help appreciated thanks!

EDIT: I've also tried deleting cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/YouTube
