Unable to install runtime

I just installed jit.ndi on a new Mac Studio M2 and am having difficulty getting the ndi runtime library to show up after installing NDI Tools. It's my understanding that NDI Tools installs the runtime. Here is the Terminal search:

~ % ls -lh /usr/local/lib/
ls: /usr/local/lib/: No such file or directory

I also tried the link to Runtime but it doesn't seem to access anything.

I copied the usr/local/lib folder from my other computer where jit.ndi is installed, to the new computer. And it now works!
