Currently we only support the default alphabet, but TS23.038 also defines TURKISH, SPANISH and PORTUGUESE

SMS_ALPHABET_DEFAULT = 0,
SMS_ALPHABET_TURKISH,
SMS_ALPHABET_SPANISH,
SMS_ALPHABET_PORTUGUESE,
