Identify all collections with issues with temporal subsetting in l2ss-py, data-subscriber, data-downloader, EDSC, etc
Fix each collection in the above tools
Update the l2ss-py-autotests to test temporal subsetting for all collections and make all collections pass the tests
Explicitly test and fix any issues with SWOT collections
Verify the l2ss-concise chain still works, update if needed
