Is it possible to get the display ID of the active windows monitor?

Hi!

I'm trying to get Rofi to show on the monitor with the currently active window (not where the mouse is).

I have three monitors so in order to show Rofi on the middle I use

rofi -show drun -m 2

Ideally I'd like to determine monitor id of the currently active window on so I can use:

rofi -show drun -m {monitor_id}

Is that possible?
