happened to another few recently:

i'm not sure how many tracks are affected

Something definitely off. From my end I am running the indexing command (unless it's somehow silently failing). I'll double-check..

Yes, as far as I can tell the command is succeeding

The endpoint works as well...

Could it be the worker is reading some delayed table? Or the inserts aren't committed immediately?
