Mixed (cached?) translations in page after switching the website language

Dashboard / any other tab (in Italian):

When I go to the friends section:
Note the tab names in English, and I could swear that the sort options were localized before.

Apparently it's in Italian now... not sure what happened. Maybe it was a local cache (since I switched language a few minutes ago to check translations)

There is some sort of language setting desync of certain strings, and happens consistently. Have reproduced in Firefox and Edge. You would have to refresh to update all strings to the selected language.
