Allow multiple config files, overriding the previous ones #172

Allow for passing multiple --config parameters, merged into a single config. Similar to what docker-compose does with multiple -f parameters.

The need arises from discussion in this pr:
Teradata/presto#360 (comment)

and from the sheer bloat and duplication of presto's tempto configs.
