I can manually start transmission but it does not start using systemd.

Doesn't start at all? Or starts transmitting but with other errors?
I have recently found issues where the camera is not discovered on startup. I'm working on a significantly updated branch of this codebase which fixes these problems: https://github.com/projecthorus/wenet/tree/rfm98w_packettx
