1.训诫李文亮

在新冠疫情初期即2019年末，武汉市中心医院眼科医生李文亮在工作中发现疑似SARS病例，其在微信群中提醒同行注意此新型病毒。然而，李文亮的善意举动却被武汉市公安局武昌分局中南路派出所以“在互联网上发布不实言论”训诫。此训诫使得新冠疫情不能尽早被人民群众发现，人民群众的自救意识无法被唤醒、自我保护能力得不到施展，导致病毒肆意扩散，危害了全世界人的生命安全，造成十分恶劣的影响。

2.残酷的“动态清零”政策

在新冠疫情的中后期全世界各国都逐渐放开管控，习近平仍然坚持“动态清零”政策。这种不顾群众生命安全的残酷的“一刀切”式的“动态清零”政策，使得人民群众没有被新冠病毒杀死，却死于因封控导致的食物短缺、不能及时得到救治等次生灾难。例如，上海市自2022年3月28日起以黄浦江为界实施分区封城中，不断有居民说“我们都快饿死了”、“病毒倒不会死人的，饿要饿死人的”，可见政府并没有充分的保障居民的食品供应，不断有居民因食物短缺而死亡。再如2022年11月24日乌鲁木齐一住宅楼发生火灾，而居民却因“封控”而无法自救，火灾逃生通道被封死，造成10人死亡，9人受伤。这两个例子都说明，残酷的“动态清零”政策过分限制了人民群众的出行自由，从而导致了严重的次生灾难，而这些次生灾难严重了危害了人民群众的生命与健康。

3.镇压白纸运动
