No Way to Debug F Prime Arduino Builds

What's the Problem

Right now, we do not have a way to debug potential problems with successfully built F Prime Arduino code. This manifests itself as builds that go through successfully and can be loaded onto the RP2040, but are completely inert once they get there. Leading us to believe that the code is busted, but without a great way to determining in what way.
