Hey, I think some people might found this useful:

Description=noip service
After=network.target
After=syslog.target

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

[Service]
ExecStart=noipy --provider noip --hostname <hostname>
Restart=always
Type=forking

You need to use --store as root, otherwise the service will fail to start.
