American Gut logo on FAQ is not a link

Is it using the new files (e.g., loggedoutheader.psp) that @teravest put together?

Nothing is using those files yet... We should make index.psp,
international_shipping.psp, and FAQ.psp all use them. Also we need to make
sure the image is linked in the header. probably both headers.
