Ch11 P354 typo

I think there is a typo in the definition of the function 'compute_mse_and_acc'. The third line counting from the last should be: mse = mse / (i+1). In this way, the result given by this function coincides with the result given by 'mse_loss', defined on page 353.

In the book, the resulting mean square error is only shown one decimal place. If more decimal places are shown, one will see the difference given by the two functions mentioned above.
