it succesfully loads the image but then nothing after that

Any help would be appreciated since I don't want xqc and company to ruin everything

did you put in the password and username (not email) in correctly?

there is no random spaces in the username and password right?
if not then send the config.json with the passwords replaced with ********

What are those NoneType None in your logs? Can you run that again with the --debug flag on?
