Feature request: Also perform window based caching of condition

I am a long time user and fan of this statusline plugin and I recently noticed that the condition is evaluated on every clock step rather than following my update conditions. Could you also add window level caching of this evaluation as well? I think it would greatly improve performance and if the update is configured correctly should handle when the condition would ever change.
