RFE: Have QUADS generate a lab allocation graphic

Automatically generate a graphic that encompasses the prior month, current month, and next month that has lab allocations represented by blocks. The blocks would be sized vertically to represent the number of machines in the allocation and horizontally to represent the length of the allocation.

The block should contain the following information:

1. Allocation description
2. Ticket number associated with the allocation request as a link to the actual request
3. A list of the machines in the allocations showing each machine type and the number of that type

The attached graphic shows an example of the type of graphic described.

I believe the ability to generate this graphic would depend on functionality from issue #148
