Basically libreddit/libreddit#13 and libreddit/libreddit#418

How does this feature work on Reddit?

Reddit shows an information bar above a crosspost, linking the original post and showing the original post name, poster, and subreddit

Describe how this could be implemented into Redlib

Display crossposts in the same way they are displayed in Reddit
