typo in pyxb/xmlschema/structures.py line 1183 #18

The code at /pyxb/xmlschema/structures.py, line 1183 has a typo
local_wildcard.namespaecConstraint()

It should be namespace, isn't it?

This caused my command to fail with
AttributeError: 'Wildcard' object has no attribute 'namespaecConstraint'

I've fixed it locally, and that made my command to work.
