"R_SYS_TIME_RegisterPeriodicCallback()" is one of the system timer's API.
It registers callback-functions to be trigerred in periodic time of 10 milliseconds unit.
However, "R_SYS_TIME_RegisterPeriodicCallback()" cannot register such as the SD mode SD card driver FIT's API "R_SDC_SD_1msInterval()" that requests to be called in periodic "1 millisecond".
