Support for Fallback Fonts on React Native

Description

Native modules have support for fallback fonts. Our custom font does not support all the languages we support so text based animations render strange symbols

Expected behavior

There are already great APIs for fallback fonts on iOS and Android. We are merely proposing exposing these in the react-native sdk.
