This is a historic issue, but Its been a couple of years so heres a reminder issue that may jog the development gurus into looking at it.
When using Panasonic toughpads, the photo sizes are set at the resolution of 640x480. I have tried using the camera_res function in the config file as suggested in earlier posts, but regardless of the combination of resolutions I try, this doesn't work. Sometimes it just ignores what I put in and continues to work at 640x480, in other cases it will bring up a failure to start camera error.
