Parse folded cookies

Hi Team,

please reconsider this feature once again. Sorry for bothering, as the issue was already closed (#88). And cookie Folding on HTTP transport is true - not common case, but it is a valid behaviour for many HTTP libraries. For instance, Fetch API removed the getAll method, a made the get method to return folded Cookie. This API is for browsers, but many nodejs polyfills are out there.

#88 was closed because I didn't want to see that as default, but I'm totally fine if it's optional.

Will consider PRs for this, but for the time being, this is a relatively lower priority.
