segmentation fault #110

I m running snp-sites on mafft msa alignment of over a 100 samples and I am getting segmentation fault errors. Any help?

did you figure it out? same issue here.
I tried the sample example provided as input as well and it's still giving the same error

Specify a name for output file (not only directory), and then I got the results!
