当文章目录层级过多过长时，导航栏显示很杂乱，不够清晰（参考下图），是否可以进行优化，比如：

  1. 导航栏可折叠
  2. 只显示1、2级标题

@Alhan66 @danaoairuike 这个功能需要在小工具里面配置，默认拉取H2标签，如果没有的话，不会显示这个小工具
