I patched the firmware file bcmdhd_sta.bin_b1 version 18.41.8.9 and replaced it in the vendor/firmware folder. I also patched the firmware version 18.41.8.113, adapting all the addresses in advance using bindiff. Both versions work identically, with the difference that version 18.41.8.9 displays the Wi-Fi signal level icon incorrectly. When working with nexutils, this partially works but not fully. It seems I can activate monitor mode, but I don’t receive any packets in either tcpdump or airodump-ng. It scans through all the channels, but they all appear empty. What can I do in this situation? My native firmware version is 18.41.8.117. I also tried changing wlan0 to radiotap0 since I noticed it appeared in the list of available interfaces, but the result is exactly the same.
