GUI有考虑用Avalonia吗？是个.Net Core跨平台GUI，底层用Skia渲染的，最近也升级到了.Net Core 3.1

第一次听说，看起来挺不错，可以试试。UI不是很擅长。

比较担心程序体积。虽然说抠几kB的大小没什么必要了，但是程序1MB，界面库100MB（指Electron）这类情况我是想避免的。

可以考虑这里提供核心库，shadowsocks-windows 提供windows平台的界面。

另外可以发布nuget包。
