Describe the bug

Environment

  • Shadowsocks client version: I don't know but I think the lastest
  • OS version: 10 22H2
  • .NET version: v4.0.30319

Steps you have tried

I have launched it

What did you expect to see?

An icon in taskbar

What did you see instead?

An error

Config and error log in detail (with all sensitive info masked)

I have been using it for a few month, but one time I just got this error
