如果ss_win_temp\user-wininet.json文件已经存在，则设置【系统代理-PAC模式】时，文件中的PacUrl值并没有更新，虽然Windows的代理设置中的【代理脚本】这个值是正确的。我猜测，我的这个PacUrl错误值可能是上一个版本升级时遗留下来的。
解决方式：退出Shandowsocks，删除ss_win_temp\user-wininet.json文件，然后再启动Shandowsocks。
