minimap: support for tbc minimap rotation

Minimap icons lose location and rotate with the camera.
Edit: apparently that's linked to "Rotate Minimap" being on -- shame, playing with a fixed minimap is awful lol.

Do we have any info on why it does that? Yeah, playing with a non-rotating minimap is so painful.

It does that because I never got the logic working. I also haven't played TBC in a while.
