UTC timezone, configurable timezone

I noticed that I get counters reset to 0 at korean midnight.

how about using UTC? or configurable for counter resets?

When I first designed this project, I was contemplating when to reset the counter to zero.
I considered using the user’s location, but eventually decided to use the Korean midnight as the reference.

Now, too much time has passed to change the design, so I’m concerned.
However, I will think about it. Thank you!
