Have you read the troubleshooting page on the wiki?

The exception that you screened happens in an isolated thread which is solely meant to check for a new release on Github and shouldn't affect anything else

I followed every part in the troubleshooting wiki regarding the 76% problem. A few further questions I have which could lead to the issue:

  1. Do you have to access the client via Flash player or via the app which is given by the Hotels. And if its the flash player how do you use it, since it is not supported anymore.
  2. Does the automatic function of G-Earth work or should I use the manual function

  1. You can access 2 clients
  • The classic client (Air) through the downloadable launcher
  • The beta client (Unity) through your browser (G-Earth can't connect to the downloadable version of this one)
  1. The automatic function should work as long as it's an actual Habbo Hotel and not a retro

Try making sure you do things in this order:

  1. Open G-Earth and select the client type you want to connect to in the top left
  2. Click the connect button
  3. Open Habbo and launch the client

If you still have the issue try making sure no antivirus is blocking G-Earth from connecting

this could be an issue with G-Mem, does G-Mem give you any errors of missing dependencies?
