Currencies are now internally generated using the logged-in character's currency list. This change also uses the client locale to prevent the need for external localization.

Fix SavedVariables issue with different locales

Now uses the currency's icon as a unique key.

Now supports saving tracked currency settings.

Alpha test of dynamic currency

Implements support for displaying currency information dynamically based on the internal currency info.

• Update TOC to prevent "Out of date addon" issue.
• Removed Honor Points and Conquest Points.
  • These are no longer currencies in game, and have been replaced with the BoA Mark of Honor.
