Ways to download single media file

Hi developer,

Love using this amazing tool and appreciate the hardwork.

While downloading everything from a link with "echo360.net.au/section/......" works fine each time I do, but recently come across an Echo360 media file with the link: "echo360.net.au/media/......" and cannot download it like always.

Is there anyway to download a single media file that is not in the libary? Or am I missing steps in the mannual?
