Problem with opening the terminal pane. #203
Comments
@rohit-a3 please update to the latest release and it should work fine. Please let me know if that works for you. |
I did this and now spyder does not launch at all. Any solutions? |
Can you please send me the output of |
` packages in environment at C:\Users\Rohit\anaconda3:Name Version Build Channel_ipyw_jlab_nb_ext_conf 0.1.0 py37_0
I'm not sure what this question means, sorry. I'm using the spyder application and launching it from the start menu. |
Did you installed In case you installed using pip, please remove it and install it with conda
Let me know if that works :)! |
I had to uninstall and install anaconda again. Last time I installed terminal spyder started to get unresponsive too. And I'd installed terminal using the conda, not pip. I just use command prompt instead of terminal now as I don't wanna risk having to install anaconda all over again. |
Superseded by #336 |
I tried opening the spyder-terminal and an error showed up saying terminal server could not be located.
I installed python and and checked the terminal pane under View>Panes>Terminal. The error appears when I click on the terminal.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The terminal pane does not open.
