Problem Description

I believe spyder should be user-friendly software. So I think, when the code-running (including F5 and F9) is done, i.e., the control window is released, I think you should light up the bottom in the windows taskbar. Or anything that can tell user their job is done.

For example, you have a 30-hours code to check if there is any bugs that make your data wrong, now you choose a part of them (you probably don't know how much time will it take) to run, and this may be far more time costly if their is no message.

If Spyder is still have the "focus", then it's not neccessary. But if spyder is not having the "focus", I think a light up on the bottom of taskbar will be really nice.

Hi @mIgLLL thank you for the feedback! I think that makes sense 👍 Although I think this belongs to our ux-improvements repo. I will move the issue there.
